Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped and delivered on weekends and holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free Delivery on Orders Above £25.00.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

We ship World-Wide.

International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

AsianBazar is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

AsianBazar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain jewellery materials may be restricted from shipping to some countries due to import laws. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
